Order cancellation

Orders can be canceled within the first 4 hours after purchase. Orders are dispatched every day. After that window the order moves into processing and can no longer be canceled. To cancel, contact support with your order number as soon as possible.

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered for defective products only. If your object arrives with a manufacturing defect, contact support with your order number and photos of the issue and we will arrange the exchange.
